I totally understand how it feels to struggle with joint aches and pains. Turning 40 hit me like a steam train! A chronic illness combined with the inevitable changes of that age left me aching and in pain. I struggled to play with my daughter, which made me feel awful.

I turned to Pilates to support my recovery and changing biology. And it was a revelation! Sore movements became much easier. I felt stronger, taller and brighter and I had the energy to run around with my daughter.

I have Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork and Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. I am also an FRC© Certified Mobility Specialist and have learnt how to strengthen my muscles and how to move my joints from a strong core. I can teach you the exercises I’ve used to help myself and my clients like you live a life with vitality.
