My classes are tailored to ease joint aches and pains so that women over 40 can live life with vitality.
A friendly mat-based class which starts with the basics of Pilates and where it’s OK to take a rest if you need to! You will learn how to practice Pilates exercises correctly and easily in order to strengthen muscles, improve joint mobility and build core strength.
